This policy applies to the DIDS website, DSP platform, App, mini program, open interface and related enterprise digital services to help you clearly understand how we collect, use, save, share and protect personal information.

Please read this policy carefully before using the product

We process personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, integrity, openness and transparency, and the minimum necessary. For sensitive permissions such as camera, photo album, microphone, positioning, notification, and address book, we will only call them after you actively use relevant functions and complete system authorization or platform privacy authorization; your refusal to authorize will not affect the use of other basic functions.

Enterprise customers call data through organizations, members, forms, processes, files, messages, reports, and interfaces created by the DSP platform. The enterprise customer usually serves as the data controller or manager to determine the purpose and authority of the processing. We will provide necessary platform processing, operation and maintenance and security services in accordance with the contract, administrator configuration and this policy.

1. Scope of application

What products and scenarios does this policy cover?

This policy applies to the following products, services and access methods:

  • DIDS official website, download center, help center, pricing, cases, personal center and online consultation page.
  • DSP platform, App Center, AI workbench, enterprise portal, process approval, message to-do, reporting and open integration capabilities.
  • DIDS App, mobile H5, mini programs, and platform functions accessed through the mobile terminal.
  • API, Webhooks, SDK, plug-ins, technical support and after-sales services for enterprise customers, developers and third-party integrators.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, third-party applets, third-party applications, or external systems that corporate customers access by themselves. When you use third-party services, please also read the privacy policy and terms of service of the corresponding third party.

2. Information we collect

We will only collect information for the purposes necessary to achieve specific functions, perform contracts, ensure security, comply with legal compliance and improve services. The specific collection scope will vary depending on the client you are using, version, role permissions, enterprise administrator configuration and selected functions.

3. Device permissions

App and mini program permission calling instructions

The following permissions will not be enabled by default. We will apply for authorization from the system or platform only when you actively use the corresponding function; you can turn off authorization in system settings, App settings or Mini Program permission management.

4. Purpose of use and legal basis

Why we process personal information

  • Necessary for entering into and performing the contract: providing accounts, platforms, subscriptions, orders, payments, invoices, technical support and after-sales services.
  • Based on your consent: processing non-essential permissions, sensitive personal information, personalized recommendations, marketing messages, third-party authorized login or sharing scenarios that require separate consent.
  • Necessary to fulfill legal obligations: real-name subject verification, network security, log retention, transaction records, tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Necessary to ensure security and stable operation: identity verification, risk identification, vulnerability investigation, anti-fraud, attack prevention, abnormal login reminder and audit trail.
  • To improve the product experience: analyze product performance, feature usage and service quality after de-identification, anonymization or aggregate statistics.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

How we use local storage

On the website, H5, App WebView and applet, we may use cookies, local storage, cache identifiers or similar technologies to save login status, language preference, page configuration, security verification and access statistics. You can clear or restrict cookies through your browser or system settings, but some login, remembered preferences, and security verification functions may be affected.

We will not use cookies for illegal tracking, nor will we use cookies for advertising tracking beyond the purposes described in this policy. If personalized recommendations or advertising analysis capabilities are introduced in the future, we will provide prominent prompts, close the entrance, or provide separate authorization in accordance with laws and platform rules.

6. Third-party services and SDK

Possible access to third-party capabilities

In order to implement functions such as payment, login, message push, map, file storage, statistical analysis, crash diagnosis, AI model calling, etc., we may access third-party services or SDKs. We will require third parties to process personal information in accordance with agreements, laws, regulations and platform specifications, and only transfer data within the scope necessary to achieve functions.

The actual accessed SDK, service provider name, processing purpose, information type and privacy policy link should be based on the "Third Party Information Sharing List/SDK List" of the current App, mini program or enterprise deployment version. Before putting it on the shelves, please make sure that the list is consistent with the actual code package, permission application and application market submission content.

7. Sharing, entrustment and transfer

We do not sell your personal information

We will not share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

  • Obtain your separate consent or legal authorization from the enterprise customer.
  • Entrusted processing necessary to realize payment, SMS, email, push, cloud storage, AI, customer service, audit, security risk control and other services.
  • In accordance with laws and regulations, judicial authorities, administrative agencies, regulatory agencies, dispute resolution or as necessary to protect the safety of users and the public.
  • When personal information needs to be transferred in the event of merger, division, asset transfer, bankruptcy liquidation, etc., we will inform the recipient of the name and contact information and require it to continue to perform its obligations under this policy; if the recipient changes the purpose or method of processing, it should obtain your consent again.

For entrusted processors, we will restrict their processing purposes, deadlines, methods, information types and protective measures through contracts, data protection clauses, authority control, security reviews, etc., and supervise their personal information processing activities.

8. Preservation, storage and cross-border

The retention period is based on the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose.

  • Account information: usually saved during the duration of the account; after the account is canceled, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the law, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
  • Business data: Saved in accordance with enterprise customer contracts, administrator configurations, backup policies and legal requirements; enterprise administrators can export, delete or archive according to permissions.
  • Security logs: To meet network security, auditing and troubleshooting needs, they are usually kept for at least 6 months, subject to laws, regulations and system security requirements.
  • Order, payment and invoice records: Keep for the necessary period in accordance with fiscal, taxation, accounting, e-commerce and dispute handling requirements.
  • Customer service and complaint records: Save them for a necessary period for quality tracking and dispute resolution after the processing is completed, and delete or anonymize them after expiration.

In principle, we store domestic users’ personal information within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If personal information needs to be provided overseas due to cross-border collaboration, overseas cloud services, AI model capabilities, or enterprise customer-specified deployment, we will conduct a security assessment, sign a standard contract, obtain certification or fulfill other legal requirements in accordance with the law, and obtain your separate consent when necessary.

9. Your rights to personal information

You can manage your own information and authorizations

Subject to laws, regulations and enterprise permission configuration, you can exercise the following rights through the product portal, enterprise administrator or the contact information of this policy:

  • Access, copy, correct, and supplement your personal information.
  • Delete personal information or ask us to explain why we cannot delete it.
  • Withdraw consent, turn off system permissions, cancel marketing subscriptions, or turn off personalized recommendations.
  • Cancel the account or ask the enterprise administrator to remove the membership.
  • Obtain a copy of your personal information or request transfer to your designated personal information processor when legally qualified.
  • Requires an explanation of the results of automated decision-making and refuses to make decisions that have a significant impact on personal rights and interests solely through automated decision-making.
  • Make a complaint, report or submit a compliance inquiry.
We typically respond to your request within 15 business days. To protect the security of your account and corporate data, we may need to verify your identity, permissions, or authorization from the corporate administrator before processing the request.

10. Protection of Minors

Our products are mainly targeted at corporate organizations and adults

DIDS products mainly serve enterprise developers, business personnel and third-party integrators, and are not products for children. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please use it with the consent and guidance of your guardian; if your guardian discovers that the minor's information has been improperly collected or processed, you can request correction, deletion or restriction of processing through the contact information in this policy.

If a corporate customer handles the personal information of minors based on its own business needs, the corporate customer should obtain the consent of the guardian in accordance with the law and configure strict access rights and security protection measures.

11. Safety measures

How we protect information security

  • Adopt measures such as identity authentication, access control, permission classification, operation auditing, transmission encryption, sensitive field desensitization, backup and recovery, and security monitoring.
  • Implement minimum authorization, confidentiality obligations and security management requirements for employees, partners and entrusted processors.
  • Continuously carry out vulnerability repair, log analysis, abnormal alarms, emergency drills and security policy optimization.
  • In the event of a personal information security incident, we will activate an emergency plan in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and notify affected users and competent authorities through on-site notifications, emails, text messages, announcements or regulatory requirements.

12. Policy update

Major changes will be prominently displayed.

When there are major changes in product functions, personal information processing purposes, processing methods, information types, sharing objects, retention periods, user rights exercise methods, or company entities, we will update this policy and remind you through website announcements, App pop-ups, mini program prompts, site messages, or other reasonable means. If the update involves matters that require re-consent according to law, we will continue to process the relevant information after obtaining your consent.
